This Is Personal.
For over 20 years, I spent my career building brands for other people.
Then I lost my job during a company wind-down and started asking what I could build for myself and my family.
Bite Back isn’t the business I planned to build; it’s the one I needed to build.
Former Scene Kid.
Elder Millennial.
Mom Of Two.
Still Figuring It Out.
I still listen to the same music from high school, believe good conversations happen over coffee, and know that most people are just doing the best they can with what they have.
Now I am turning all of that into a community.

Coffee & A Bagel
Before Work.
Same loud music. Same need for a place to land. Just with earlier mornings, more responsibilities, and better carbs.
It’s Simple.
This is for anyone who has had to start over, rebuild, or bite back.
For the former band kids, record collectors, coffee drinkers, makers, parents, creatives, late-night workers, and anyone who never quite fit into a box.
Someday, Bite Back Becomes The Place.
The place you stop before work. The place parents grab coffee after school drop-off.
The place former scene kids become regulars. The place local makers, musicians, and misfits feel at home.
For now, we’re starting small with bread, bagels, cookies, coffee, weekly drops, and a whole lot of heart.
