Our little self-serve stand gets stocked with individually wrapped cookies, bagels, breads, rotating bakes, happy accidents, and whatever else came out of the kitchen that week.
Quantities are limited and when it's gone, it's gone.

Farmers Market People.
No disrespect to farmers markets. We love a good vegetable.
But Bite Back has always felt more like “show up at your favorite tattoo shop with cookies and coffee” than “set up a beige tent every Saturday morning.”
We're into unexpected local collabs, limited drops, community events, and putting good food in places where good people are already hanging out.
Have a space, event, community, or mildly unhinged idea that feels like us? We can build a custom menu, themed drop, preorder collab, pop-up, customer event, or something that doesn't have a name yet.
